Joining BASICS Boot Camp is, by far, the best thing I have ever done for myself!  Not only have I lost two sizes (and am working on my third), but I have more energy and confidence than I ever have.  Although I am convinced my instructors stop watch is broken (I swear his minute is at least two!), he is awesome!  He is very encouraging and pushes you farther than you thought you could go, and then some.  I would definitely recommend this program to anyone, no matter what your fitness level.

What keep's me coming back to BASICS Boot Camp is the ever changing challenges through out the classes from week to week. When I used to work out at the gym,
there was no accountability and I would often end my work out early (and then wonder why I would never see any changes!) In BASICS Boot Camp you train and motivate each other and make sure everyone gets pushed to their max no matter what their fitness
level is. When I first started the classes I thought I was going to collapse from pure exhaustion but after a few weeks of classes I know now that I can outrun/outlast/outplay a lot of my friends.

Finally - a true boot camp, where you bust your butt in the great outdoors, no matter what the weather, and have a great time doing it! Each class is unique and challenges you to push yourself, both mentally and physically. It's hard to stay motivated to exercise when you're doing the same thing day in and day out, but with BASICS Boot Camp, you're doing something different every class, and the time flies by. I find that I'm working out harder, and enjoying it more. As long as BASICS fitness continues to offer boot camp, I intend to keep coming back!

Basic's Boot Camp has motivated me to become active and to stay active. Although it is an intense workout and I find myself moaning and groaning, I truly enjoy going to boot camp. I work out harder than I ever have in a gym and time flies by! It is easy to keep motivated to go each week because you never know what to expect. I would definitely recommend this program to everyone and anyone (and I have!).

I virtually stopped doing any kind of physical activity about 10 years ago and by doing so did let my body down. Joining the "New You" weight loss boot camp is one of the best thing I did for myself this year. I have lost 20 lbs and gained energy, stamina and a more positive frame of mind and attitude. The twelve week program has given me a new appreciation for exercising as well as  tools to keep me in check with food and a healthier lifestyle. I have enjoyed outdoor training very much thanks to Craig and his amazing program that kept us challenged and motivated every session. My new confidence in what I can do and who I can be as a "New Me" is just awesome. I have already signed up for the next boot camp and encourage everyone who is considering a new approach to exercising to do the same. If I can do it, you can do it!

With the camp I had not only lost 20 pounds, but gained tons of self-esteem! After each session, I felt accomplished & so proud of myself. Having made some friends at the New You, I absolutely loved the great sense of comradery within the group because everyone was there for the same reason cheering each other on. I looked forward to the workouts each week and loved the settings we were in! Who wants a stuffy old gym? Basics training made it different each time so that I was actually excited about what was next! I would recommend the program to anyone who is serious about losing weight and wanting to make that change!
