What results can I expect?
Everyone's body is unique, so results will differ from person to person. Over the course of a month of boot camp most participants notice a decrease in body fat, an increase in strength, endurance, agility and self confidence. To obtain maximum results it is up to you to follow the fitness and nutritional aspects of the program. Hard work, commitment and discipline are required!
What gear do I need to bring with me?
Yourself...focused and ready to train, water and a good pair of running shoes...that's it! All other gear is supplied by the trainer and if additional items are required for specific workouts your trainer will notify you.
Where are the training locations?
Training will take place at one of the many great green spaces or outdoor parks located around Red Deer. Once you are registered for a program you will be provided with the location of the workouts.
What does a typical training day look like?
There is no such thing as a "typical" workout...workouts are constantly changing and your body will not know what to expect. Our constantly varied workouts will keep you guessing and coming back for more!
Do I need to be very physically fit to begin?
Absolutely not! Our boot camps are designed for both the beginner and physically active participants. The point of our programs is to get you in shape. People of all fitness levels participate in our programs and workout together. Your only requirement is to put in your best effort every class.
How many are in each class?
We limit our class size to a maximum of 15 participants in our boot camps and 12 participants in our weight loss camps. Our goal is to provide you with the greatest amount of one on one time as possible to maximize your results.
Who attends Boot Camp?
People just like you. You may need a push to get yourself working out, or you are currently working out and want to bust through a plateau. Maybe you want a change from your routine workouts, or you want a high energy workout. Regardless of your fitness goals you will workout in a fun and safe setting where the focus is on working with you to achieve your fitness and wellness goals.
What if it rains or snows?We train...period. Boot camps are available year round and we head outdoors rain, shine or snow. Your safety is paramount and we will not place you in a situation where the weather is unsafe to train in and an alternate indoor location will be provided. On these days you can check your trainer's voicemail two hours prior to training sessions.
What's included in the registration fee?
All participants have unlimited communication with their trainer. Participants will receive on-going health and nutritional tips to assist you with your fitness goals. Additional bonus classes are offered periodically to give you an extra boost to your workout.
How do I qualify for the BASICS fitness Boot Camp Guarantee?

If you adhere to the conditions listed we are confident that you will succeed and see results. If you don't see results over the course of one month your next boot camp is on us!
What if I choose not to continue?
Your $25.00 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. After the first week of programs no refunds will be issued. If you are required to withdraw from Boot Camp for medical reasons we will credit you for the sessions remaining.
