NEW FALL PROGRAM...2 x 4 BOOT CAMP

No we are not incorporating new motivational tactics into our boot camps! BASICS fitness is excited to be offering Red Deer another first with a fitness program designed to keep dog owners and there companion on the move and active.

2 x 4 Boot Camps are more than just taking your dog for a walk or a run through the park. Owners can expect to be doing all the things we do in our regular boot camps (flipping tires, carrying ammo cans, doing push ups, burpees, squats, etc.) just with their four legged friend tagging along.

We have taken our effective approach to fitness focuses of functionally based workouts with core stabilization, compound movements, and varied workouts utilizing what you have around the home or find in the great outdoors and have combined them with exercises and activities for both you and your dog to work up a sweat.

If you are new to BASICS fitness here are a couple of bits of information you will find helpful.  Both the Boot Camps and Weight Loss camps are run on a monthly basis, so you don't have to wait 6, 8, 12 weeks to get started on your goals. You pay an introductory rate and once you have completed 2 months of training in our Boot Camps or 3 months in our Weight Loss Camps your monthly fee goes down and you never have to pay the introductory rate again.
