During your initial consultation our qualified trainers will work with you to design a resistance, cardio and nutrition plan that is tailored to meet the demands of your life. You can choose to have a personal trainer work with you on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule.

The fitness and nutrition consultation is a great starting point for any BASICS fitness program. During the consultation our personal trainers will track your weight, measurements, and run through a fitness assessment all in the comfort of your own home. A BASICS fitness trainer will review, tweak and redesign a lifestyle plan that will include a nutrition and training outline for you to follow. Please plan for an hour and a half visit.
