The BASICS Boot Camp program is functionally based and will incorporate core stabilization with each workout. Recruits should be prepared to do short distance runs, jumping jacks, burpees, push-ups, dips, and rope jumping...that's just the beginning. Our smaller class size ensures you receive one on one personal attention.

BASICS FITNESS RANKING - PRIVATE.............................................................$115.00

BASICS Boot Camp offers you back to basics fitness training in a fun, safe, environment while offering a heart pounding, muscle burning workout designed for all fitness levels. Our experienced trainers focus on workouts designed utilizing your own body weight to deliver a complete workout. A BASICS fitness Private is the entry level point for all BASICS fitness recruits. Once you have completed two consecutive months of boot camp you are moved up to the rank of Corporal.

Co-ed classes are available Mon/Wed at 6:00-7:00 am or 5:30-6:30pm and ladies only classes are available Tue/Thu at 7:00-8:00pm.

BASICS FITNESS RANKING - CORPORAL...........................................................$95.00

Once you have been successful in completing two consecutive months as a BASICS fitness Private you will move up ranks to become a BASICS fitness Corporal.  As a Corporal you will receive the same body blasting workouts for a reduced rate of $95.00! Your Corporal ranking never expires so you can continue to receive all the benefits that you worked so hard for.

Weather permitting all classes are held outdoors. In the event of inclement weather an indoor location will be utilized.
