BASICS "The New You" Weight Loss Camp - Improved format!

The "New You" program is designed to help you if you have 30 lbs or more to lose. Discover your health and fitness and uncover "The New You"! Are you intimidated or uncomfortable with working out at the gym because of your size? Then join "The New You" Weight Loss Camp and train with people who are facing the same daily challenges and are starting at the same fitness level.

By joining "The New You" Weight Loss Camp you are making a commitment to your health.  You will work closely with your trainer three times per week in private/semiprivate outdoor locations. At the end of each week you will be required to bring your personal fitness and nutrition log to review with your trainer and set new goals for the upcoming week.  You will receive your personal fitness and nutrition log during your first week of the program.

"The New You" Weight Loss Camp is designed to help you lose weight and take control of your health. You will receive the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost (compare $15.00 per hour for "The New You" Weight Loss Camp versus $50.00 or more per hour for a personal trainer)!

"New You" Cadet.......................................................$175.00

This is the starting point for all "New You" recruits.  As a Cadet you will receive a fitness and nutrition manual to help you with your healthy lifestyle change. You will also be put through your paces with proven workouts to help you burn calories, gain confidence and lose weight. Once you have completed 3 consecutive months as a Cadet you will be promoted to the ranks of "New You" Combat Hero!

Choose from either the Monday and Wednesday from 7:00 to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM class or the Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 8:30 to 10:00 AM class

"New You" Combat Hero............................................$145.00

As a Combat Hero you have completed 3 months as a Cadet and have made some positive changes to your lifestyle and have a very solid foundation for continued success!  As a Combat Hero you receive the same great benefits you did as a Cadet but at a reduced rate. Once you have reached the ranking of Combat Hero you will maintain this ranking indefinetly. If you decide to move over to a BASICS Boot Camp you will automatically be promoted to a Corporal.
