The BASICS Boot Camp program is functionally based and will incorporate core stabilization with each workout. Recruits should be prepared to do short distance runs, jumping jacks, burpees, push-ups, dips, and rope jumping...that's just the beginning. Our smaller class size ensures you receive one on one personal attention.
BASICS Boot Camp offers you back to basics fitness training in a fun, safe, environment while offering a heart pounding, muscle burning workout designed for all fitness levels. Our experienced trainers focus on workouts designed utilizing your own body weight to deliver a complete workout.
Co-ed classes are available Mon/Wed at 6:00-7:00 am or Mon-Thu 5:30-6:30pm or 7:00-8:00pm.
You can choose from the following 3 options:
2 Days Per Week - Choose any two days of the week to train that BASICS boot camps are offered (Good Deal!)
3 Days Per Week - Choose any three days of the week to train that BASICS boot camps are offered (Better Deal!)
Unlimited Weekly - Choose to train any and all days and times that BASICS boot camps/Weight Loss Camps and Fat Burning Boot Camps are offered (Best Deal!)

Weather permitting all classes are held outdoors. In the event of inclement weather an indoor location will be utilized.
